Armour body gym Terms and Conditions

Introduction: This document outlines the terms and conditions governing your membership at our gym. By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.

Payment Terms: Your membership fees will be deducted from your account weekly or fortnightly via direct debit. In the event of a failed payment, a $20 late fee will be applied by Ezi debit. Payment will be reattempted three days after the failed transaction unless alternative arrangements are made.

Membership Cancellation: To cancel your membership, you must complete a cancellation form and provide two weeks' notice. You are required to return your fob access upon cancellation; failure to do so will result in a $30 charge.

Access and Facility Use: Our gym operates 24/7, and access is granted by swiping your fob. Members are expected to adhere to gym rules, including wiping down equipment after use, returning weights and equipment to their designated areas, and refraining from allowing non-members entry. Additionally, music played on the speaker must be kept at a reasonable level.

Health and Safety: Participation in gym activities is at your own risk, and you accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing. In case of medical emergencies, an emergency button is available on the premises.

Membership Termination: Failure to pay fees or any form of misconduct toward the facility or fellow members may result in the termination of your membership.
